WHAT IS NANO-INDIGO OCEAN YARN DYING TECHNIQUE?
After four years of efforts, we developed this dying process by distilling the known machine parks and technologies and resulting nano-indigo dyed yarn that allows the yarn to be used in every institution in textile and weaving fields has different characteristics than other techniques.

* Nano-dying technique is used in yarn dying.

* Abrasion is reduced to minimum.

* There is no color difference among colors dyed within the same lot.

* Repetition of the same color is possible.

* Yarn length without knots is longer compared to other techniques. Max: 1.000 Gr.

* Presence of tricot torsion and weaving torsion and yarn manufacturing technique is not important.

* Since transmitted on bobbin, it can be used as weft and warp in weaving.

* It is possible to dye as three or four colors.

* It becomes subjected to minimum strength loss during yarn dying.

* Manufacturing can be performed between 200 Ne and 1 Ne.

* It is possible to perform dying with all vegetal fibers and their blends.

* It can also be applied to some synthetic fibers such as polyester spun fiber and acrylic.
